There were a safe, multi-channel TV and a refrigerator in the rooms, which made them impeccably clean. A bath was large and everything was excellent. The location was marvellous, near shops, restaurants, and the Nishiki Market and surrounding shopping streets, and the Gion district, and the view was excellent.
The staff were overworked, didn't expect that coming.

would definitely stop here again
Location is fantastic, super close to subway and main shopping streets. My room was cozy and clean with great amenities like a bidet and refrigerator. The lobby area is spacious and inviting. The staff were friendly and spoke good English, always ready to help. Plus, they had a washer and dryer to use!

It's about a 10-minute walk to the Gion district and only 5 minutes to two subway stations. The area is buzzing with shops and restaurants. The room was cozy and clean. The staff was friendly. Just a heads up, you might want blackout drapes to sleep in, as the morning sun can be bright!
Had a bit of an issue with the early morning sun waking us up since the curtains weren't very dark. It wasn't a huge problem, but worth mentioning!

The room was decent, but we felt a bit cramped since we had an extra bed in there. The amenities were fine, and everything was tidy. We had enough room for our luggage and it was mostly just a place for sleeping. The staff kept things well stocked, nice. Just wish it had a bit more space to move around comfortably.

Great stay with helpful staff!
Really solid place for my solo trip! The location's nice and close to public transport. A Family Mart next door. The staff were super friendly and helped a ton, even with some personal stuff. Just be careful about the tight space if you're adding an extra bed! Wouldn't recommend that for sure.
