The staff were friendly and spoke good English, always ready to help. Plus, they had a washer and dryer for guests to use!

Had an amazing time with my friends here! It's about a 10-minute walk to the Gion district and only 5 minutes to two subway stations. The area is buzzing with shops and restaurants, making it super convenient. The room was cozy and clean. The staff was friendly. Just a heads up, you might want blackout drapes to sleep in, as the morning sun can be bright!

Had a bit of an issue with the early morning sun waking us up since the curtains weren't very dark. It wasn't a huge problem, but worth mentioning!

The room was decent, but we felt a bit cramped since we had an extra bed in there. The amenities were fine, and everything was tidy. We had enough room for our luggage and it was mostly just a place for sleeping. The staff kept things well stocked, which was nice. Just wish it had a bit more space to move around comfortably.

Really solid place for my solo trip! The location's nice and close to public transport. A Family Mart next door. The staff were super friendly and helped a ton, even with some personal stuff. Just be careful about the tight space if you're adding an extra bed! Wouldn't recommend that for sure.

I had a delightful stay at Hotel Gran Ms Kyoto. The location next to vibrant shopping streets made exploring easy. The cozy lobby offered a relaxing escape. Just wish the air conditioning worked better during the hot nights.

We had a wonderful stay just a 10-minute walk from the Gion district, where we explored delicious food options. The spacious room was perfect for our family, including three dogs. The staff were accommodating and made our visit very enjoyable.

My kids wished there were more food options for them on-site.
